Design and Features
The Landtrek's exterior design is eye-catching and robust, with a large front grille and a rugged bumper. Its cargo bed has a load capacity of up to one tonne, and it comes with several practical features, such as a tailgate that can be opened with one hand and an adjustable cargo bed with hooks to secure your load.
Powertrain
The Landtrek has two engine options: a 1.9-liter diesel engine that produces 110 kW and 350 Nm of torque and a 2.4-liter petrol engine that generates 158 kW and 320 Nm of torque. Both engines are paired with a six-speed manual gearbox, while the petrol engine has an optional six-speed automatic transmission.
Interior
Inside the cabin, the Landtrek offers a comfortable and spacious environment with ample legroom and headroom. It comes with a seven-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto and several safety features, such as adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, and automatic emergency braking.
Driving Experience
The Landtrek's suspension is well-tuned, offering a smooth ride on paved and off-road terrain. Its steering is responsive, and its brakes are effective, making it easy to control and maneuver.
Verdict
The Peugeot Landtrek is a capable and practical pickup truck with a good balance of features, performance, and comfort. It's a strong contender in the mid-size pickup truck segment and is worth considering for those in the market for a new pickup truck.
